A: Yes, we offer free quotes for all services. Quotes are typically provided within 1-2 weeks of initial contact.  

Q: Do you offer emergency services
A:Currently, we do not provide emergency services.  But we are working on this.

Scheduling and Payment

Q: How soon can you start a project?
A: Most jobs can start two to four  weeks of finalizing the agreement, depending on availability.  

Q: How do I book a service?
A: You can book a service by phone, email, or via our social media platforms.  

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: For larger projects, we may request a deposit to cover material costs.  

Q: How do I pay for services?
A: Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.  

Insurance and Guarantees

Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we carry public liability insurance with a £1 million limit of indemnity through AXA.  

Q: Do you offer a warranty on your work?
A: While we don’t offer formal warranties, we address any issues reported within the first month after project completion.

A: We encourage reviews on Checkatrade and Facebook. Your feedback helps us improve and ensures quality service for future clients.

Q: Do you offer service packages?
A: Yes, we offer Bronze (basic maintenance), Silver (basic maintenance and decorating refreshes), and Gold (priority scheduling and full property maintenance) packages.  

Q: Do you provide materials for projects?
A: Yes, we can procure materials upfront and request reimbursement or a deposit for larger projects.
